I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a new residential area close to the river in Hangzhou. It was a great base for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had a variety of facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

Close to a river with nice views. There is a mall nearby with plenty of restaurants and a cinema.
The hotel needs to call ahead for a taxi, and this process takes a bit of time, which can be a bit inconvenient when you have a tight schedule. the rooms are old and outdated.

The hotel is located in a new residential area, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the metro entrance, which is convenient for getting to the center of the city. the staff is friendly and helpful, and as a club member, I got an upgrade to a suite that had a very nice city view. the bathroom was well-stocked with amenities, and the kitchen appliances were useful for preparing meals.
The breakfast spread was relatively poor.

Stayed at this hotel during Easter and had a great experience. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast selection with options to cater to different dietary requirements. The swimming pool was well-maintained and provided a refreshing break from the Hangzhou heat. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist when needed.
The hotel is located a bit far from the city center and popular tourist attractions, so getting around may require a taxi or public transportation. the rooms could have been a bit more spacious, but they were clean and well-furnished.
